Here you will find all the essential information for your holiday at the Apart-Hotel-Aurora**** in Fiss at one glance.
Check-in from 4 pm
At the day of your arrival the appartements and suites are ready for you from 4.00 pm. An early check-in is possible if the appartement is ready earlier. Please inform us if you intend to arrive after 6 pm.
Check-out until 9:30 am
We would kindly ask you to leave the appartements and suites until 9:30 am on the day of your departure. A late-check out is possible for a surcharge but depends on the availability of the room. For more information contact the reception.
The maximum number of people specified in the rental agreement must not be exceeded. The apartment may not be rented to third parties. Visits to our hotel are not permitted. Only persons officially registered as guests are permitted to stay in our house.
The stated prices are per appartement and night for the standard occupancy (not including the visitor’s tax). The VAT is included in the prices.
The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 3,70 per person per night.
ALL adult visitors must pay the local tax (no discount or exemption for invalidity). All kids are
exempt from local tax until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.
The contribution of the local tax is regulated by the arrival date and not the date of the booking.
For any incorrect information about the personal data the guest will be liable and hold respon-
sible.
After receiving the reservation confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 50% via bank transfer.
You are welcome to pay your final bill in cash or make an advance payment via bank transfer before arrival.

One free parking space is available per apartment (2 spaces for the Aurora Suite) at the hotel.
Additional parking spaces can be booked for €10.00 per night. Please register early, as only a limited number of parking spaces are available.
There is a one-time charge for the final cleaning of the apartments. Prices are listed in your booking confirmation. From €113.00 to €210.00.
If you want an intermediate cleaning, please let us know. It is possible for an extra charge.
Our guests have the option of having their laundry done during their stay for an additional charge. Please ask at the reception for more information.
The Aurora**** is located only 35m from the first ski lift, so we don’t need a ski depot. Skiing nearly to the doorstep.
In the hotel you will find a modern ski room with ski-boot-heating.
Out of consideration for our guests who suffer from allergies, pets are not allowed in our house.
We recommend you to bring slippers or bathing slippers for your appartement and the use of our wellness area.
Please do not enter the appartements in outdoor footwear. For storing the outdoor footwear, we have put up shoe shelves in front of all appartements.

- 90 days to 31 days before arrival – 40% of the full arrangement price
- 30 days to 8 days before arrival – 70% of the full arrangement price
- 8 days to 1 day before arrival – 90% of the full arrangement price
- At arrival day or at no-show – 100% of the full arrangement price
- According to the general terms and conditions, if you cancel up to 91 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be refunded, minus a processing fee of € 50 per booked apartment. After this free cancellation period has expired, the general terms and conditions apply.
